Some of the biggest draft busts in history have no one to blame but themselves. These athletes wasted their careers with dumb decisions, off-the-field troubles, and a lack of effort.

Guys like Tony Mandarich and JaMarcus Russell stand out as players who brought the draft bust label upon themselves. But for some of the other draft busts out there, you can probably blame the team they went to. Had these players played for another team, they likely would have found some sort of success.
