We are excited to share this at-home cardio-boxing workout with you — it’s our longest video ever and it will leave you dripping in sweat. Wow I'm dripping in sweat..this was such an amazing boxing workout…at first I was like nah 45min is too long..boxing moves are too difficult blablabla…but I told myself: "if you don't get out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself how the heck do you expect to see changes in your body?!?!?" and I did it and am so freaking happy about it, Christa made it so that I just didn't see the 45 min pass…thank you!!!
