Given Australia’s record at the venue, a confident Tim Paine tried to disturb Ravi Ashwin during the Sydney Test stating, “Can’t wait to get you to the Gabba.” The latter had replied superbly as well then before the Australia skipper lost his cool and called Ashwin foul words. Though he apologised later for his behaviour, Paine was already on the radar of the Indian fans.
