Sushil Kumar Jaiswal, a State level Cricketer who aspires to get into the Sports Ministry of India shares his views about the value of learning Sports Management in a cross-disciplinary way.

Envisioning to change the status quo of our Sports Industry, he explains how he wishes to dive deep and push the ecosystem forward to bring about a meaningful change. He speaks volumes about the credibility of the faculty, the newly appointed Dean and loves the scope of learning at IISM.

Sushil elaborates on the grids inside the campus such as Corporate Relationship Cell, Entrepreneurship Cell, Sports Cell and many more. He is serving in the capacity of the President of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and also enjoys being an active member of the Sports Cell. After graduating from IISM, he wishes to invest in the sports infrastructure of the country by opening Sports Academies across India to harvest and nurture promising talent, giving them an opportunity to shine.

He believes that the Sports Industry in India is exploding by the day and anyone can join IISM despite their non-athletic background.
