is there anything a guy can do to strengthen his wrists? skateboarding trashed my wrists from trying to catch myself when I fell n shit over n over for years… also trashed my knees I can't do full squats without my knees popping and cracking and aching… and I'm only 31 … kinda sucks …. I don't know much about boxing yet but I'm sure that wrists and knees are vital tools lol
Just did this drill for 10x 3 min rounds with 30 seconds pauses, I was surprised how easy it was, even though I got some serious pain in my hands towards the end !– Next time I do this I might add one more minute just with kicks for each round
