Just seven years after their miraculous Premier League title win, two years on from lifting the FA Cup, and a year removed from reaching a European semi-final, this team looks completely broken. The East Midlands crowd were defiant pregame, building a big atmosphere for a big night, but that support quickly turned into a chorus of boos.

Hello and welcome to our live coverage of Leicester City against Liverpool at the King Power Stadium. It is a hugely important match in City’s season and indeed, in their recent history. Defeat would mean relegation becomes even more likely, with survival hopes then hanging by a thread, but a win would lift them out of the bottom three with two games remaining.

A win would also ensure that, at the very least, City are in the fight going into the final game of the season. They have Newcastle away and West Ham at home to follow. Victory is a tough task, though, given Liverpool are on the charge right now, winning their last six in a row as they mount a late push for a Champions League spot. But, they don’t have the best record away from home this term, taking only 11 points from their last available 30 on the road.

We are live at the King Power Stadium to bring you action, analysis, and reaction. Kick-off is at 8pm, with team news due at 7pm.
