DUBAI: Quetta Gladiators thrashed Multan Sultans by 6 wickets in a 22nd match of the Pakistan Super League – 2019 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Friday night.

In pursuit of the 122-run target against Sultans, RR Rossouw and Watson guided Gladiators to victory in the fourth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

Quetta Gladiators captain Sarfraz Ahmed won the toss and opted to bowl first, While Multan Sultans once again failed to fly high in their batting.

Sohail Tanvir and Darren Bravo’s brilliant bowling spells restricted Sultans to a meagre total as both the bowlers picked three wickets each.

Muhammad Nawaz picked two wickets while Muhamad Hasnain bagged one to assist the pace attack, in restricting Sultans to 121.

Johnson Charles scored 46 off 36 balls to with five boundaries and a six to remain the only star for Multan Sultans. The next in line was skipper Shoaib Malik with his 21 off 24.

Muhammad Nawaz claimed the first wicket for Gladiators in his very first over.
