Ingredients
(A)
1. 130g (1/2 + 1/3 cup) Soften salted butter
2. 60g (1/3 cup) Caster sugar/ icing sugar
3. 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
4. 85g (1/2 cup) Potato starch
5. 95g (1/2 cup + 2 tbsps) All purpose flour
6. 30g (1/4 cup) Full cream milk powder
Baked in a preheated 125°C ~ 150°C oven for 22 ~ 25 minutes or till golden brown.
Baking time & temperature may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven. You may need to adjust your oven temperature accordingly.
